Join Family and Friends on Sunday, August 9th at 8 a.m., at Ottawa Metro Park.
Triathlon: 500 YD swim, 15 mile Bike, and 5 K run
Duathlon: 2 mi run, 15 mi bike, 5k run

If registered by July 27th- participants get a t-shirt, finishers medal, door prizes and refreshments.

Age Groups: 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over
Finisher Medals Triathlon and Duathlon participants!

Parking Information:
Parking will be available at the race site.

Post Race Information:
Kewpee will be providing Hamburgers and Pizza will be provided by FAT JACK'S PIZZA for all participants
